We began by defining the brand’s architecture and ideal audience, then developed a full-funnel strategy to support retail growth and DTC expansion. We overhauled their social media presence to create a cohesive visual identity and editorial rhythm — anchored by seasonal recipes that show granola’s versatility beyond breakfast.

To deepen community connection and drive repeat sales, we built a newsletter strategy with early-access recipes, printable cards, and shoppable QR codes. Each quarter, we executed a 12-recipe photoshoot that fuels content across email, blog, social, and paid ads. The result? A brand that feels as fresh and intentional as the ingredients inside every bag.
